Voici un post sur le meilleur système de métro que je n’ai jamais
utilisé jusqu’à présent!
Premièrement, on voit que Séoul a vraiment misé beaucoup sur
son système de transport en commun, ce qui est évidemment intelligent quand la
ville autant d’habitants. C’est vraiment facile d’utilisation même pour les
étrangers (moi!). Les stations et les indications sont écrites en coréens et en
anglais et dans les wagons, les annonces sont faites en coréen, en anglais et parfois en mandarin et en japonais.
De plus, ce n’est vraiment pas cher, un aller simple est
environ 1$ dépendamment de la destination. C’est très sécuritaire et très propre
(sérieusement, les préposés à l’entretien ménager nettoie même les cadres
publicitaires!). Également, le métro dessert la grande région de Séoul (i.e.
les banlieues) et se rend même jusqu’à l’aéroport d’Incheon (aéroport
international).
Le métro possède aussi tout ce qu’il faut en cas de problème
tel que des extincteurs, des masques à gaz, etc. Les directives à suivre en cas
d’accident sont présentées sur des écrans. Bref, on se sent en sécurité.
Bon c’est sûr qu’à l’heure de pointe, il y a BEAUCOUP de
monde dans le genre que tu n’as pas besoin de te tenir après quelque chose pour
garder ton équilibre, le wagon est assez « pacté » que tu n’as pas vraiment
de chance de tomber.
Une anecdote par rapport à ça, une fois à l’heure de pointe,
je me disais que je ne pourrais jamais rentrer dans le wagon, il y avait déjà
assez de monde comme ça et une femme dans la cinquantaine qui était derrière
moi n’avait pas le même sentiment, elle m’a poussé (et par effet domino tout le
monde dans le wagon) et on a réussi à tous entrer.

This is a
post about the most nice subway system that I ever used so far in my life!
First of
all, we can easily see that Seoul had invested a lot in his subway system which
is a clever move when you have that much population. This is very user friendly
even for the foreigners (like me!). The stations and indications are written in
Korean and English for the sake of foreigner and in the wagon, the announcement
are made in Korea, in English and sometime in Mandarin and Japanese.
Moreover,
this is very cheap, a one way ticket is about 1$ depending of your final
destination. This is very safe and clean (seriously the housekeeping people
clean everything even the advertisement frame s). Plus, the subway goes to many
suburbs and even to airport (like Incheon: international airport).
The subway
got everything in case of emergency like extinguisher, gas mask, etc. and all
the directives in case of an accident/terrorist attack, etc. are display on
screens that you can find everywhere. So we feel safe when we use the subway.
For sure,
during the rush hour, there are MANY people like when you do not need to hang
to sometime to stand because the wagon is so packed that there is no chance
that you will fall on the floor.
I got an
anecdote about that, a couple weeks ago during the rush hour, I was standing in
the line waiting for the wagon and we it arrived, I just told myself “No way I
will be able to get on, there TO MANY people” but a woman in the 50’s (I guess)
didn’t thought the same way, she pushed me (thereby everyone else in the wagon)
and we were able to fit all in the train.
